  • Powder coated aluminum mailbox casings, sized to match versatileTM 4C mailboxes (sold separately), standard in each kit.
  • Pre-engineered mail station kit comes complete with all necessary hardware, including Hilti anchor system (see technical foundation plans for additional mounting details).

Loading and Mounting:

Front loading, pedestal mounted CBU mailbox includes a carrier access door prepared for a USPS arrow lock (installed by local postal officials) for delivery/service to mailbox.

Tenant Doors:

Tenant doors include heavy duty, dustproof cam locks each with 3 keys.

Parcel Lockers:

Includes Parcel locker door(s) – a means of USPS package delivery. Dual, captive locking system allows USPS to deliver a package to the locker leaving the key in the tenant’s mailbox. Package is retrieved by the tenant and key is retained securely in the lock for the Postal Service to retrieve and reuse for the next package delivery.

Outgoing Mail:

Outgoing mail compartment with slot, anti-fish comb for security, and protective hood is located above USPS access door for convenient outgoing mail collection.

Door Identification:

Attractive silver placards with black numbers 1 thru 8, 1P, 2P are included for door identification.

UPS Delivery

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.Depending on your location distance to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 7 days on stock items 1-2 weeks on custom design products. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries. If you want an item left at your doorsteps please leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with “No Signature Required.”

Truck Delivery

Many items on our website are too large to ship via UPS. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agents pick-up location, they will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows 2-3 hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday. The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided upon purchase. It is the customers responsibility to transport the products inside, however several truck freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office. At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional shipping services. Please make sure that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
When you select this option, our Sales Representative will contact you within 24 hours to quote your freight cost based on the information and the preferred shipping methods you provided. We will update your online account information for the Freight Quote and through the email address on your file as well.
