4C Pedestal Mount (4CPM) is designed to work with all 55 Florence versatileTM front-loading mailbox suites, collection boxes, and trash/recycling bin modules to provide additional outdoor mounting options for your private delivery application needs.
With all the same features and options of the wall-mounted versatile™ 4C suites, pedestal mounting simply adds greater flexibility to your project and is designed to ensure every module is at a standard accessible height. 4CPM units are customizable with oversized doors, mail slot doors, and oversized collection doors as they are not tied to US Postal Regulations. Simply select the item number (as shown) and modify the doors as appropriate and necessary to create a unique solution for your project.

  • Pedestal mounted 4C mailboxes are not approved by the U.S. Postal Service at this time. For private mail delivery or other private applications at this time.

UPS Delivery

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.Depending on your location distance to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 7 days on stock items 1-2 weeks on custom design products. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries. If you want an item left at your doorsteps please leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with “No Signature Required.”

Truck Delivery

Many items on our website are too large to ship via UPS. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agents pick-up location, they will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows 2-3 hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday. The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided upon purchase. It is the customers responsibility to transport the products inside, however several truck freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office. At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional shipping services. Please make sure that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
When you select this option, our Sales Representative will contact you within 24 hours to quote your freight cost based on the information and the preferred shipping methods you provided. We will update your online account information for the Freight Quote and through the email address on your file as well.
